Motor accessories are composed of five parts:

First, electrical conduction

The magnetic conductive part includes the stator core (the stator core model can be divided into Y series, Y2 series) and the rotor core (the rotor core model is the same as the stator core).

Third, heat dissipation

The heat dissipation includes plastic fan blades (plastic fan blade series YZR JZR y), aluminum fan blades (aluminum fan blade models are the same as their plastic fan blades), and fan hoods (fan hood series YZR JZR JS JR YR YRKK Y).

Fourth, structural support

The structural support includes the base (series can be divided into horizontal and vertical), end cover, (series can be divided into YZR JZR JS JR YR YRKK Y and vertical or horizontal) casing (casing series YZR JZR JS JR YR YRKK Y), and bearing cover (series are the same as casing). Bearings include bearings (bearing series are self-aligning ball bearings and deep groove ball bearings), and bushings (series can be divided into vertical and horizontal). The main purpose of the motor is power output. The main power source of the motor is the circulation of current.

Fifth, bearings and bushings

The insulation sleeve of the motor accessories is complete and free of cracks and looseness. The lead connection should be firm, and the insulation resistance value should not be less than 0.5MΩ at an operating temperature of 75°C. In terms of the brush device, the lower edge of the brush box is required to be 2~4mm away from the surface of the motor accessories. Too large a distance will cause the brush to jump in the brush box. If it is a hard brush, it is likely to break.

The brush should slide flexibly in the brush box, the surface of the inner hole of the brush box is smooth, and the radial dimension tolerance of the inner hole of the brush box is H10. The axial dimension tolerance is H8. The width and thickness dimension tolerance of the brush is d11. The gap between the brush and the brush box wall should be 0.1~0.2mm. If the gap is too large, the brush will swing tangentially in the brush box, affecting the normal operation of the motor accessories; if the gap is too small, the brush will be stuck in the brush box, causing arc burns on the copper ring surface similar to electric welding.

During maintenance, the motor accessories should be carefully inspected: whether the working surface of the motor accessories is smooth, and whether there are defects such as burn marks and streaks. The working surface is required to be smooth, without rust and oil stains. The insulation of the motor accessories should be tied correctly and well coated. If it is not well handled, it can be tied with a non-woven glass ribbon impregnated with synthetic resin to prevent the leakage of mica sheets from flying when the motor is running. The motor accessories and the shaft and the rings and the insulation sleeves should be firmly matched. Use a small hammer to tap the copper ring and the sleeve copper match, and there should be a metallic sound.

The brushes should be in close contact with the rings. The pressure difference between the brushes should not exceed 20% of their average value. For wound rotor asynchronous motors with brush lifting devices, the electric shock on the short-circuit ring is in uniform contact with the blade on the motor accessories, and the contact area is more than 60%, so as to avoid causing the rotor to run in single phase or the contact to overheat and lose elasticity. For minor burn marks, pitting, brush marks and other defects on the surface of the motor accessories, they can be polished with oilstone and fine files, and finally polished with 00 sandpaper. In general, motor parts should not be turned easily, because turning once will greatly reduce their lifespan.
