The broken circuit caused by poor welding at the winding connection head can be re-welded and connected. The broken circuit caused by the broken lead wire of the winding can be replaced. If the winding is broken in the slot, the threading method can be used to replace individual coils, and the method is the same as the short circuit repair. When the winding is seriously broken, the winding must be replaced. If the motor is urgently needed, the jumper method can be used for processing. When using this emergency measure, the load should be slightly reduced, just like jumping the short-circuited coil. After use, it should be handled according to the normal repair method.
