Description

The YRKK series is a derivative product of the YR series. By removing the top protective cover of the YR series and installing different protective covers (or coolers), motors with varying protection levels and cooling methods can be derived. These include the YRKS (air/water cooling), YRKK (air/air cooling) and other series motors.

The motor features an internationally popular box-type structure, with a base made of welded steel plates that offer excellent rigidity and lightweight construction. Once the protective cover has been removed, the interior of the motor can be observed and inspected, which is beneficial for the installation and maintenance of the motor.

The stator is mounted externally using a pressure-mounted structure. The stator winding utilises F-class insulation material and anti-corona material. The winding end is fixed using a special binding process, which ensures a firm and reliable attachment. The entire stator is treated with vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI), a F-class solvent-free paint. The motor has been designed to offer excellent and reliable absolute performance, as well as moisture-proof and impact-resistant capabilities.

The squirrel cage rotor has two structures: cast aluminium and copper bar. It is manufactured using advanced and reliable cast aluminium technology or welding technology. The wound rotor uses F-class insulation material, is treated with vacuum pressure diffusion solvent-free (VPI), and undergoes precise dynamic balancing verification, ensuring the motor runs smoothly and reliably.
